Parallell teamwork increase efficiency and decreases stress in RAS

 

Carola Kunze, the operating room nurse and part of the team behind the first robotic surgery in 2002 at Karolinska University Hospital, moderates a panel discussion with a team that works with robotic surgery today.

 

 

20 congress participants will visit the operating department and meet simulation facilitators, who will share insights from simulation exercises designed to strengthen teams and encourage reflection on communication, leadership, and workflows for immediate undocking in robotic-assisted laparoscopic surgery.

Participation requires pre-registration for visiting the operating department at the time of congress registration.
