Live Surgery: Complex Hysterectomy and Advanced Myomectomy
This pre‑congress course offers participants an excellent opportunity to deepen their skills in minimally invasive gynaecologic surgery through expert lectures and real‑time surgical demonstrations. All lectures and live robotic procedures are conducted by highly experienced robotic surgeons, ensuring a high-quality educational experience in an interactive and focused setting.
With a maximum of 15 participants, this course provides a personal and accessible learning environment.
Course fee: 300 EUR.

- Considerations for pregnancy after myomectomy

Course Overview
08:00–08:45 – Lecture
The morning session begins with an in‑depth lecture covering essential principles related to large specimen handling, decision‑making in myomectomy, and reproductive outcomes following myomectomy.
08:45–12:00 – Live Robotic Surgery: Advanced Hysterectomy
Participants will observe a complex hysterectomy performed robotically by highly experienced surgeons. The session highlights anatomical challenges, intraoperative strategies, and advanced dissection techniques.
12:00–13:00 – Lunch & Faculty Lectures
During lunch, faculty will expand on key surgical considerations, providing additional clinical insights and opportunities for interactive discussion.
13:00–16:00 – Live Robotic Surgery: Advanced Myomectomy
The afternoon features a live demonstration of advanced robotic myomectomy, showcasing techniques for fibroid enucleation, bleeding control, multilayer suturing, and safe removal of large specimens.
16:00–16:30 – Course Completion
The course concludes with a summary session, followed by open discussion and participant questions.
