The fees do not include 25% VAT. VAT will be added at the last step of registration.
A special rate is available for participants registering for the pre-congress course on Monday, 25th May, and one of the pre-congress courses on Tuesday, 26th May, together with the conference. Please contact the secretariat for further details.
- **Residents / Fellows / Trainees / Nurses must submit a statement signed by their Head of Department or a proof of their status on site at the registration desk
- The fees do not include 25% VAT. VAT will be added at the last step of registration.
- All participants and attendants must be registered. The above registration fees include entrance to the scientific meetings and exhibition area, congress bag, final program, name badge, coffee breaks and lunch at venue during the scientific programme. Optional items need to be selected and paid separately.
- All registrations are confirmed upon full payment of the registration fees. You can finalize your registration via bank transfer or credit card (VISA and MasterCard accepted).
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- For cancellations received until March 31, 2026 a subtraction of 20 euros will be applied.
- From April 1 until April 30, 2026 50% of total amount cancelled will be charged.
- From May 1, 2026 onwards, no cancellation will be accepted and there will be no refunds.
- All refunds will be processed within one month after the congress.
